We are looking for RF Optimisation Expert with a strong experience with multiple vendors, such as Ericsson and Huawei. Mainly 4G, VoLTE and 5G.
Skills Required for the Job
- Technical knowledge, understanding and experience of the mobile radio access network - 2G, 3G,4G,5G.
- Understanding of the complex interaction between RAN Design and Capacity.
- Support RAN Optimisation and RF Tools.
- Understand RAN site design such as Hardware and Software.
- Understand RAN Performance/Optimisation and Planning activities, 2G,3G, 4G and 5G.
- Experience with macro and small cell nominal and final RF designs including RF KPIs.
Experience you would expect to have
- Validate the requirements for the new design or feature
- Plan the rollout
- Escalate issues to Vendors
- Trial exit
- Provide weekly reports on performance of the trial
- Good Knowledge on LTE, VOLTE, 5G RF optimization.
- Hands on Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei equipment.
- Worked on network improvement and optimization tasks.
- L3 messages analysis and can perform analysis and recommend parameter changes for network.
- Troubleshoot multi-technology 3G/LTE/Volte/5G.
- Worked on TDD, FDD and multiband network and Vendor management skills.
- Analyse Drive test logs including L3 messages for customer complaints or others.
- Troubleshoot with creativity and different approaches for severe, undefined problems in networks and propose suitable resolving solutions.
- RF optimisation and performance analysis, parameters, KPI analysis (2G,3G,4G and 5G)
- Perform BAU performance analysis for assigned areas/polygon (all technologies).
- Weekly performance (KPI) report of area assigned, analyse top offenders, top droppers, customer experience report and Root cause analytics.
- capacity management & optimization, as per requirement.
- Defining the reporting capability for Service and Resource KPIs to monitor, manage and proactively improve the Customer Experience - performance reports and dashboards, as per requirement.
