Distribution Officer

Standpharm Pakistan seeks a detail-oriented Distribution Officer to efficiently oversee inventory control and coordinate logistics within the supply chain. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and possesses foundational knowledge of MS Office applications. This position demands strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to maintain clear coordination are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
Utilize MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain documentation for all distribution and inventory activities for auditing and review purposes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding inventory status and distribution performance.
