HR Manger (Female)Roles & Responsibilities:- Manages hiring process. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Plans and conducts employee on-boarding to foster positive attitude toward Company
- Manages staff and management inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, issues and resolutions
- Plan and executes staff internal and off-site events that help build staff morale, increase productivity, contributes to culture-building, and makes staff feel special
- Manages performance review program
- Keeps records of salaries, and benefits plans participation, new hires, promotions, performance reviews, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and terminations.
