Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers and from provided leads and cold calling lists.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer lists
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquires and provide information to customers & Leads
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written).
  • O/A-Levels / Business Graduate. Preference shall be given to candidates with O-Levels and A-Levels backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working in different shifts.
