We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Call Center Agent ( Multiple Positions ) to join our team.
As an Agent, he/she will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and promoting & selling our services.
- Identify potential clients with cold calling.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients and market challenges.
- Aligning our services in accordance to the requirements and circumstances
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and managerial staff of organizations.
- Present and demonstrate our services to clients, showcasing USPs
- Delivering well-prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices
- Being outspoken for suggestions to improve future sales strategies
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Keeping a detailed record of all the activities completed/progress
- Maintaining secrecy and integrity while accessing clients' data
Qualification Required :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fresh candidates can also apply.
- Previous Online/Telephonic Sales experience isa must.
- BPO Experience will be preferred
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in UK Timing (2pm-10PM)
