Key Responsibilities:
- Serve biryani, pulao, and other dishes in accordance with the company’s portion sizes and serving standards.
- Ensure each serving meets the correct quantity, presentation, and includes the required accompaniments.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and order-taking staff to guarantee timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain the proper temperature and freshness of rice throughout the service period.
- Keep rice containers, serving utensils, trays, and kitchen stations clean and sanitized at all times.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, personal hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Refill rice containers as needed and notify the kitchen supervisor before stock runs low.
- Minimize food wastage and handle leftover rice according to company policies.
- Carefully check orders to avoid incorrect portions or missing items.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor and assist with other kitchen duties when required.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cooking and serving biryani and pulao.
- Strong understanding of portion control and food presentation standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a professional hospitality or food service environment is an advantage.
