This opportunity is open for candidates with an intermediate level of education who possess a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute. Candidates with computer literacy skills will be given preference. The position is graded at BPS-14 with a total of five vacancies available. Selected individuals will be posted in Islamabad and must be prepared to comply with all terms and conditions outlined by the Finance Division.

Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be expected to perform duties requiring proficiency in shorthand and typing at the specified speeds. They should be able to efficiently manage clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. The role may involve handling documentation and correspondence, requiring accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates must also be ready to present original documents during the interview process and comply with verification procedures related to their application information.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications: FA, Sanwia Khasa, FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering, Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS), FSc General Science, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Commerce (D.Com), A-Level, or any of the various Diplomas of Associate Engineering (DAE) including Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Auto Mobile Engineering, Farm Machinery Technology, Bio Medical, Chemical Technology, Food Technology, Food Processing & Preservation, Critical Health & Technology, Leather Technology, among others listed on the official job page. The maximum age limit for applicants is 35 years.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates from the 12 districts of Southern Balochistan. Computer literacy is considered an advantage and may be relaxed during the probation period if necessary.
