This role involves managing inventory and stock control activities to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of products and accessories. The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations. The position requires close coordination with management and adherence to company policies to maintain smooth and efficient stock management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily and monthly stock checks of all products and accessories, including remotes, brackets, pipes, kits, and other related items.
- Perform stock reconciliation to identify and resolve any inconsistencies in inventory records.
- Prepare and submit monthly stock coverage reports to provide insights on inventory status.
- Conduct stock and cash audits, investigating and reporting any discrepancies found during these processes.
- Manage Godown duties in the absence or off days of the Godown In-Charge, ensuring continued operational efficiency.
- Execute various tasks as assigned by the Head Office and management, supporting overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or stock control roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Basic understanding of stock audit procedures and cash handling.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for warehouse operations when required.
- Good organizational and reporting skills to prepare timely and accurate stock reports.
