Store and Purchase officer

AA Joyland is seeking a dedicated Purchaser and Store Keeper for its new project located in Jasmine Mall, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. This full-time position requires adherence to the mall’s operating hours and offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 60,000. The role involves managing procurement and inventory functions to support the smooth operation of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure availability of materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to source goods and services in line with organizational needs.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Material Requisitions (MR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN) promptly and accurately.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Create and issue accurate purchase orders based on approved requirements.
- Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate procurement records.
- Familiarity with procurement documentation and processes such as PR, MR, PO, and GRN.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work according to mall timings.
