- To ensure safe and secured working environment by continuously monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the existing system
- To ensure safe clean, tidy and spillage free working environment at store by monitoring the given guidelines to all workers.
- Ensure all inwards/outwards of plant by keeping data recorded; this data will be available for reference at any time.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished products to stores by coordinating with production and dispatch department.
- Ensure scheduled delivery of raw material to production department on required time.
- Ensure raw material supplies as per HACCP requirement (Free from any foreign material) to production as per given formulation approved by production manager/plant Manager.
- Ensures Goods Receive and dispatch note.
- Ensure availability of minimum stock level at factory and raise request to purchase department to maintain the raw material stock as buffer for scheduled production by Maintaining Optimum Inventory Management.
- To maintain and monitor inventory of Raw Material, Packing material and finished goods as per schedule and inform related department if there is any discrepancy.
- Monthly updates of closing and opening stock to store head and Plant manager
- Ensure Delivery Challans and Outward Gate Pass.
- Ensure stock register on manual and computerized basis.
- Prepare & submit reports on warehouse/store utilization, inventory, and stock movements.
- Ensure storage areas are well maintained.
- Have to maintain records, possess internal & external co-ordination with department and others. Have to handle labor and their working schedule and other labor related works.
- To perform periodic review and update key planning assumptions to ensure uninterrupted flow of material.
- Establishes section policies and appropriate monitoring programs;
- Reviews ongoing operations of the store system to facilitate recommendations for changes to improve procedures;
- Ensure empty tray retrieval from the stores and all third parties involved in tray retrieval plan.
- Highlight tray breakages to reporting person along with this inventory audit will be done on last day of every month and report will be shared in first half of next working day to all relevant team members.
- Ensure storage of all ingredient as per standard SOP’s given by management
- Ensure all policies as per SOP’s of factory in store for GMP’s
- Any other assignment or action either communicated by Senior Management or arising from manager’s/ coordination committee.
