Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all daily operations of the medical store.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing medicines and medical supplies.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to meet their pharmaceutical requirements efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulatory guidelines related to medical store management.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for all medicines and medical products.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory status and procurement activities as requested by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree is mandatory.
