The Store Incharge position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi Division. This role is pivotal in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate stock reconciliation, and maintaining thorough documentation. The Store Incharge monitors product movement closely and coordinates effectively with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels, supporting uninterrupted manufacturing and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock handling, and documentation accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation and monitor product movement to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to support continuous manufacturing and sales activities.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to store management and inventory control.
- Apply loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide timely reports on stock status, variances, and overall store performance.

Required Qualifications

- Strong skills in store management, including inventory control, stock handling, and documentation.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with procurement, production, and management teams.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and safeguard assets.
- Experience in textile, manufacturing, or retail store operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP tools, along with basic MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
