We are seeking a dedicated Store Incharge with 3 to 5 years of experience in store and inventory management, preferably within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stock control, reconciliation, and warehouse management principles such as FIFO/FEFO and 5S. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively. The position is based in Karachi and requires the candidate to either reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store and inventory operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock control and reconciliation.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management practices including FIFO (First In, First Out), FEFO (First Expired, First Out), and 5S methodologies.
- Manage inventory records using MS Excel and other relevant tools to track stock levels and movements.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate the store team to achieve operational goals and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain and inventory processes.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and initiate corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Supply Chain Management (BS Supply Chain), or an equivalent field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in store and inventory management.
- Strong command of MS Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of stock control, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with FIFO, FEFO, and 5S warehouse standards.
- Demonstrated skills in team management, coordination, and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience as a Store Incharge for at least 2 years is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be considered an advantage.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000.
- Candidates who are currently residing in Karachi or are willing to relocate before joining will be given preference.
- This is an in-person position requiring physical presence at the work location.
