Store Incharge

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Incharge to oversee the management of pattern storage within our garment factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, controlling stock levels, and ensuring smooth coordination with the cutting department. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to support production operations effectively while maintaining the integrity and availability of pattern inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange, label, and maintain patterns systematically in the store to ensure easy access and organization.
- Maintain comprehensive records of pattern stock, including issuance, returns, and current availability.
- Ensure proper storage and safekeeping of patterns, issuing them in a timely manner as per production needs.
- Update daily records accurately using MS Excel or the company’s internal system.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and report any missing or damaged patterns promptly.
- Coordinate closely with the cutting and production departments to support their operational requirements.
- Provide assistance to the cutting department as needed to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily stock reports and carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the textile or garment industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of pattern storage and inventory management practices.
- Basic understanding of cutting department operations to ensure effective coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a garment factory environment will be an advantage.
- The position offers a full-time role with a monthly salary range of PKR 35,000 to 40,000.
- The work location is in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, requiring in-person attendance.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday, providing a consistent schedule for the employee.
