Role Overview: In the catering business, the storekeeper is vital to maintaining food freshness and cost control. You will manage high-turnover inventory, from fresh produce to dry goods.
- Catering Focus:
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for all perishable and non-perishable food items.
- Maintain strict temperature logs for cold storage/freezers.
- Verify the quality and weight of incoming supplies (meat, vegetables, dairy) against S&B standards.
- Requirements: Prior experience as a Store Keeper in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or catering firm.
- Location: Nestlé Sheikhupura Project.
- Meals: Two (02) Time Meals provided.
- Financials: 5% Performance Bonus.
- Security: Full EOBI & Social Security benefits.
