Store Keeper

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to join our team for two upcoming projects located in Karachi at Jasmine Mall. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000. The role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage inventory and supplier relationships to support the organization’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure smooth stock management.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers to source goods and services aligned with organizational requirements.
- Generate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Material Requisitions (MR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable contracts that benefit the company.
- Collaborate closely with vendors to make cost-effective purchasing decisions without compromising on quality.
- Create accurate and timely purchase orders to facilitate procurement processes.
- Monitor order statuses and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 3-4 years of experience in store management or procurement roles.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate inventory records.
- Proficient in generating procurement documentation such as PR, MR, PO, and GRN.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Male candidates preferred for this position.
