We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at our Petro Mart location in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the store team, along with expertise in product sourcing and stock management to support the store’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the store team, providing supervision and support to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee product buying and sourcing activities to maintain a well-stocked and diverse inventory suitable for the retail environment.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms.
- Handle daily store operations efficiently, including cash management, sales tracking, and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of a graduate.
- Proven experience in team management and staff supervision within a retail or mart setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of product buying, sourcing, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Compensation and Work Environment:
This is an in-person position based in Karachi, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs110,000. The role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment with potential for professional growth.
