The Strategic Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with partners, institutions, and key clients to drive growth in trading volumes and enhance market presence. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, prepare business proposals, coordinate with internal teams to optimize product offerings, and support partner onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with company growth objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and institutional partners to maximize trading volumes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of partner strategies with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between partners and internal stakeholders to maintain service excellence and compliance.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance outcomes.
- Support partner onboarding processes and provide ongoing engagement to strengthen collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Background in financial markets, commodities trading, or related sectors with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and report preparation to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software, along with a willingness to learn new systems.
