Our client, a confidential organization based in Karachi, is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to provide expert HR support to senior business leaders within the financial services sector or similar industries. This role is pivotal in aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals by driving talent management initiatives, overseeing performance appraisal processes, and ensuring effective workforce planning across designated business units. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end annual and mid-year performance appraisal processes for assigned business units, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Guide line managers and business leaders on objective setting, continuous feedback, performance calibration sessions, and talent rating methodologies.
- Design and implement performance improvement plans that foster a culture of meritocracy, accountability, and continuous employee development.
- Serve as the primary HR contact and strategic partner for departmental leaders and executives, understanding their business challenges and aligning HR initiatives accordingly.

- Facilitate effective change management practices across the organization, maintaining high standards of communication and employee relations.
