Strategy and Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Strategy & Financial Analyst who is passionate about identifying business opportunities and skilled at developing the financial models and strategic plans needed to bring those opportunities to life. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to the company’s growth by evaluating new ventures and supporting decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new business opportunities across multiple channels.
- Develop detailed financial models and conduct feasibility studies, including ROI, break-even, and sensitivity analyses.
- Present insights, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Handle various ad-hoc financial assignments as directed by company Directors.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, CA, ICMA, or an MBA are highly desirable.
- Between 6 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, strategy, consulting, or business development.
- At least 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and translate it into actionable plans.
