To oversee field-level execution of project interventions across targeted schools and communities. The role ensures coordination among teams, local stakeholders, and authorities to facilitate timely delivery of project components including infrastructure retrofitting, training, and evacuation planning.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day implementation of field-level activities in selected districts
- Supervise and support Social Mobilizers and Field Engineers in school based interventions
- Lead community mobilization efforts for school readiness plans and evacuation strategies
- Facilitate coordination meetings with district stakeholders, DDMAs, and local authorities
- Monitor progress of retrofitting works and ensure MHM-inclusive WASH implementation
- Support planning and execution of teacher training and refresher sessions on risk reduction and protection
- Lead school and village-level activation of early warning systems.
- Document lessons learned and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection for mapping and stakeholder identification
Job Requirements:
- Master preferably in sociology or any discipline of social sciences.
- Comprehensive knowledge of program management in Sindh Province.
- Excellent typing and analytical skills
- Strong analytical, communication and report writing skills in English;
- 3 Years (At least 3 years of work experience in social/development sector)
