Ensure project activities are according to operational plans and as per budget. Implement systems for knowledge management. Plan, design, implement and monitor field activities, process documentation and feedback to team members.

  • Act as focal point for all the humanitarian actions going on across the district
  • Custodian/care taker of all the databases, information, archives of emergency/early recovery project
  • To provide overall value addition for transparency, efficient and effective implementation of humanitarian assistance actions across the district
  • Regularly visit project sites, conduct interviews with project team and recommends areas of improvement during project implementation
  • Plan and conduct monitoring visits to projects and establish effective feedback mechanism, complaint recording and handling mechanisms, grievances settling mechanisms during the execution of project activities
  • To provide technical input to project teams for developing clear, realistic and achievable work plans
  • To gather and manage program information effectively, ensuring accurate, easily accessible records maintenance and filing by program team members 
  • Lead field team in flood-affected areas and implementation of the project activities
  • Preparation of work plan and MPR in close coordination with Regional Manager
  • Ensure transparency, accountability
  • Entertain donor visits in the field areas of the project
  • Liaison with community notables/ representatives and public-sector authorities
  • Supervision and monitoring of community gathering at field level 
  • Conduct Monthly Meetings for progress review of the project
  • Ensure the design of the schemes as per donor criteria
  • Budget monitoring of programme activities
  • Review of financial documents before sending to regional office
  • Ensure the timely submission of the financial reports
  • Ensure high quality and timely production of all deliverables
  • Organize, lead and Coordinate the project implementation meetings
  • Ensure evaluation process for smooth functioning of the project
  • Prepare all internal and external reports in accordance with the contribution agreement
  • Supervise the project team and ensure the quality of work
  • Develop and give presentations on the project at internal and external level as and when required
  • Monitor the implementation methodology for its efficiency in-terms of inputs and verifiable results
  • Provide support to team members and partners/allies in smooth implementation of projects and developing required skills
  • Ensure proper and quality reporting from team members and meet donor’s reporting deadlines.
  • Coordinate closely with other programme teams at regional and NC level for building synergies and affective programme delivery
  • Build liaison between relevant field, region and National Centre level
  • Coordinate closely with MEAL and incorporate technical input, feedback and suggestion for further improvement.
