Customer Management at the reception of a small private clinic providing Mental Health Services.

Managing the front-desk: Dealing with walk-in clients, Making and answering phone calls, Taking and scheduling appointments, Maintaining Client data on Excel files, Issuing invoices and payment collection from walk-in clients. Co-ordinating with other health-providers for smooth Client Management, Helping with office work.

on-job training will be provided.

Timing 9:30am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday off.
