We are seeking a skilled Structural CAD Operator to join our team and contribute to the preparation of detailed drawings for building structures. The successful candidate will possess strong drafting abilities focused on reinforced concrete and steel structures. Experience working on infrastructure projects such as bridges, flyovers, or retaining walls will be considered a valuable asset. This role requires precision, collaboration, and a thorough understanding of engineering standards to support the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed CAD drawings for various building structures, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers and project managers to interpret design concepts and technical requirements effectively.
- Develop 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software tools.
- Ensure all drawings comply with engineering standards, codes, and company quality procedures.
- Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback, design changes, or site modifications.
- Maintain an organized drawing register and documentation for all project deliverables to ensure traceability and version control.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven experience as a Structural CAD Operator in building design projects, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit Structures or Civil 3D is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing for reinforced concrete (RCC) and steel structures.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges, culverts, and retaining walls will be regarded as an added advantage.
- The position is full-time and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience as a Structural CAD Operator.
