Structural Draftsman (AutoCAD + Revit), Lahore

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural drawing sheets including plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Draft foundation, framing, slab, and wall drawings based on engineer markups.
- Set up drawing sheets with title blocks, dimensions, notes, and schedules in accordance with company standards.
- Update drawings promptly after receiving review comments from the Senior Revit BIM Modeler.
- Conduct thorough self-checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Maintain organized project files and provide daily progress updates, including any blockers encountered.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in structural drafting for building projects.
- Diploma (DAE) or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit.
- Ability to read structural drawings involving steel and concrete and produce comprehensive sheet sets.
- A portfolio or sample drawings from previous work is mandatory.
- Good written English skills for clear task updates.
- Availability to work on-site in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience drafting steel or rebar detail drawings is an advantage.
- Familiarity with US drawing standards and codes such as ACI and AISC is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks or PDF markup tools like Bluebeam is a plus.

Struvek offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000, depending on skill level and portfolio quality. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, with a Monday to Friday work schedule. Employees receive direct mentorship from a senior Revit BIM modeler and gain exposure to real US projects. There is a clear career path toward becoming a Revit modeler as the team expands.
