Structural Draftsman

We are seeking a full-time Structural Draftsman to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This on-site position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 100,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise structural drawings, collaborating closely with engineers and project teams, and ensuring all documentation adheres to office procedures and quality standards. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and project alignment.
- Maintain and organize drawing files systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Follow established office procedures and comply with quality standards throughout the drafting process.
- Review and interpret architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and firefighting drawings to support integrated project development.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and structural requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of experience in structural drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating and modifying technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of structural drawings and building codes applicable to construction projects.
- Familiarity with architectural, MEP, and firefighting drawings to facilitate multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad during morning shifts.
