STRUCTURAL ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a skilled Structural Estimator specializing in concrete work to join our team in Lahore. This role is office-based and focuses on providing accurate and detailed cost estimations for structural projects, particularly those aligned with USA construction standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural estimation, with hands-on experience in concrete work and familiarity with USA-based construction projects. Attention to detail and the ability to interpret construction drawings and plans accurately are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimations for structural and concrete work.
- Analyze and interpret USA construction drawings and plans to ensure accurate material calculations.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide timely and precise estimation data.
- Utilize estimation software to enhance accuracy and efficiency in cost calculations (experience with such tools is advantageous).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures and related construction details.
- Support project planning by providing reliable estimates that align with project budgets and timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of structural estimation processes and concrete work specifics.
- Proven experience working on USA-based construction projects, with a clear understanding of their standards and requirements.
- Expertise in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and material calculation techniques.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze USA construction drawings and plans accurately.
- Familiarity with RCC structures, concrete technology, and structural detailing.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to USA-based projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with estimation software tools is considered a plus and will be beneficial in performing the role effectively.
