This role focuses on managing all civil engineering aspects related to solar field operations, including site leveling, compaction, room construction, and designing structural components for Solar PV Systems. The position requires developing efficient and cost-effective structural designs for various PV module installations such as rooftops, PEB sheds, carports, shells, and ground mounts. The candidate will ensure that all structures are designed to withstand different wind speeds and load capacities while maintaining safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves designing both single and dual-axis tracking systems to enhance solar panel performance and conducting thorough structural analyses.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop standardized structural packages for diverse PV module installations to optimize installation efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design structures capable of withstanding specified wind speeds and load requirements, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance.
- Optimize structural designs to balance cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Create designs for single and dual-axis solar tracking systems to maximize energy capture.
- Perform structural analysis, prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), and collaborate with suppliers to validate proposed structures for feasibility and compliance.
- Conduct on-site structural inspections to verify material quality and adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Manage project profitability by maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Collect and analyze data from on-site inspections to confirm that as-built conditions align with design plans and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in managing large-scale solar projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as SAP2000, CAD, and ETABS.
- Strong knowledge of wind load considerations and structural engineering principles.
- Experience in project management and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not explicitly stated, candidates with a background in solar energy projects and experience working in multidisciplinary teams will be highly valued. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on renewable energy solutions, contributing to sustainable infrastructure development.

This is a full-time position based in Islamabad within the Solar department. Interested candidates with the specified experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply before the closing date of October 25, 2026.
