We are seeking a proactive and organized Academic & Student Coordinator to support the efficient management of academic programs, student services, and the admissions process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating both online and offline classes, maintaining accurate student records, monitoring student performance, collecting feedback, and assisting prospective students throughout their admissions journey. This role demands strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills to foster a productive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage class schedules, coordinate with trainers, and oversee the delivery of modules across various programs. Supervise student attendance, discipline, and assessment procedures to uphold academic standards. Collect and analyze feedback from students and trainers, monitor quality, and prepare detailed reports for the Project Director. Organize classes, workshops, and events aimed at enhancing the overall learning experience. Handle inquiries from prospective students, guide applicants through the admissions process, and maintain comprehensive admission records. Follow up with students after admission to ensure engagement and retention. Participate in outreach campaigns and conduct counseling sessions to support recruitment efforts. Maintain detailed student attendance, academic records, and discipline logs. Assist in preparing training materials such as slides, documents, and mock exams. Maintain regular communication with students to gather feedback and support trainers in resolving student concerns. Effectively coordinate both online and offline classes and address any student complaints promptly.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in any medical field is required, with preference given to candidates holding degrees such as BS MIT, MLT, Nursing, DPT, or related disciplines. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in academic coordination, admissions, or student support roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working within academic environments or educational institutions is highly desirable. The ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting is important.
