The Student Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Multan. This role focuses on delivering one-on-one counselling to students interested in pursuing education abroad. The counsellor will assist students in identifying suitable courses, universities, and countries that align with their academic background and career aspirations. The position requires guiding students through the entire application process, including documentation, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized counselling sessions to students regarding study abroad options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Conduct information sessions and respond promptly to student inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and track application progress.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of necessary steps.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions to stay updated on admission criteria and opportunities.
- Participate in education fairs, events, and promotional activities to represent the organization and attract prospective students.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance counselling resources and improve service delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Strong counselling and advisory skills with the ability to understand student needs and provide clear, supportive guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Effective organizational and administrative abilities to manage student files, track multiple applications, and handle various cases efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, and Finland.
- Proficiency in office software, email communication, and online research platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications or relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or education consultancy, particularly within international education, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Multan, uphold professional ethics, and demonstrate a student-focused, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory approach.
