The Mentors Institute for CSS & PMS is looking for a confident, articulate, and results-oriented Student Counsellor & Admissions Executive to join our team. This role focuses on managing inquiries from prospective students, providing academic counselling, and driving admissions for our CSS and PMS preparation programs. The ideal candidate will engage with students to understand their academic backgrounds and goals, offer clear and detailed information about courses, and guide them toward the most suitable programs to help maximize their chances of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Engage with prospective students to assess their academic background, preparation needs, goals, and challenges.
- Provide clear, professional information about courses, live sessions, faculty, schedules, fee structures, and program details.
- Counsel students and recommend programs tailored to their individual preparation requirements.
- Address queries and handle objections related to fees, course structure, faculty, timings, and other concerns effectively.
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with prospective students to nurture leads.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed course admissions and paid enrollments.
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and student-focused approach throughout the admission process.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- A confident, professional, and engaging personality.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, admissions, student counselling, tele-sales, or the education sector.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of CSS, PMS, and FPSC examinations is an advantage.
- A target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required; candidates with a Master’s degree will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities may also be considered.

Compensation & Employment Details
- Location: Ataturk Block, Garden Town, Lahore
- Salary: PKR 50,000–60,000 per month, plus commission and performance incentives
- Job Type: Full-time, onsite
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
