Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students explore academic programs and study options.
- Organize and lead information sessions to educate students about available opportunities.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via in-person and phone communication, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and application statuses.
- Provide basic career counseling to assist students in connecting their academic choices with long-term career objectives.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and internal teams to support student applications and follow-ups.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote the consultancy’s education services and expand its student base.
