We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to guide students interested in pursuing international education programs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advising students on study opportunities, particularly in European countries such as Sweden, Finland, and Germany, along with other destinations. This position requires a proactive individual who can oversee the entire admission and visa process while fostering strong relationships with students, their parents, and partner universities. The role demands a target-driven approach to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling to students on study options in Europe, focusing on Sweden, Finland, Germany, and other countries.
- Convert student inquiries into confirmed enrollments, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Manage the full admission process, including documentation and coordination with universities.
- Handle visa application procedures and ensure timely processing.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions to facilitate smooth enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and follow-up information using CRM software.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in student counselling or study abroad consultancy.
- Excellent communication and sales skills to engage effectively with prospective students and meet enrollment targets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with admission and visa procedures is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with video editing skills for creating promotional video content will be given preference.
- This role requires working on-site at the designated office location.
