Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to understand academic goals and recommend suitable countries, programs, and institutions.
- Explain admission procedures, visa requirements, and documentation processes clearly to clients.
- Manage the counseling process from initial inquiry through application submission, documentation verification, and pre-departure briefings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate language training, scholarship applications, and follow-up support.
- Provide timely and responsive customer service, addressing inquiries via phone, online platforms, and in-person meetings.
- Organize and conduct information sessions to keep students informed about international education opportunities and updates.
- Stay current with changes in international education systems, admission policies, and visa regulations to offer accurate guidance.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in student and career counseling, with the ability to guide learners in selecting academic and professional pathways.
- Excellent communication abilities, including active listening, clear presentation, and simplifying complex information.
- Proven customer service skills to deliver empathetic, timely, and solution-focused support to students and families.
- Background or strong interest in education, preferably with knowledge of international study options and admission processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in office software and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
