We are looking for a committed Student Counselor to support students interested in pursuing education abroad. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective students, evaluate their academic backgrounds, and provide thorough advice on selecting suitable universities and navigating visa application processes. This role also involves managing ongoing communication to ensure a smooth admission experience from initial inquiry through to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries received via phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Evaluate student profiles to recommend appropriate international study programs.
- Offer detailed guidance on university options and visa procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to assist students throughout their admission journey.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of counseling sessions and admission documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the education consultancy team to optimize admission workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills to effectively interact with students.
- Confident and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes and requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple communication platforms including phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail in documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in education consultancy or a related field is advantageous.
- This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
