Student Counselor

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and motivated Student Counselor to join our Study Abroad team based in Karachi. This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to PKR 60,000, along with performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding students through their study abroad journey, providing expert counseling and support throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on various study abroad opportunities and programs.
- Guide students through the entire application process, ensuring clarity and support at each step.
- Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with prospective students and leads to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Coordinate effectively with the processing team to ensure smooth application handling.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree must be completed prior to application.
- Candidates should be under 30 years of age.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills are essential.
- A confident and professional demeanor is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
