Key Responsibilities

The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective and current students through various study abroad options, entry requirements, application procedures, and scholarship opportunities. This includes conducting one-on-one counseling sessions and organizing information sessions to provide detailed insights into international education pathways. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records is essential, along with consistent follow-up to support applicants throughout their journey.

Collaboration with colleagues and partner institutions is a critical part of the role to ensure that program information remains current and communication flows smoothly. The counselor will respond promptly to inquiries, deliver high-quality customer service, and contribute to outreach activities aimed at promoting international education opportunities. Required Qualifications

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
