Student Gateway is seeking to hire an experienced CONTENT WRITER to join us remotly to be a part of our content marketing activities and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, case studies, articles and marketing copy.
Working in a digital marketing environment, the successful individual will be part of an established digital marketing team including, web development and design, SEO and social media experts.
If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.
Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. You will be joining a supportive team, working in an exciting environment in a growing, internationally focused technology business.
FUNCTIONAL AREAS CONCERNED:
- Content Writing with SEO
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate ideas for new content types
- Proof read articles before publication
- Write, proof read and edit blog posts and case studies before publication
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all round consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content as needed daily
- Minimum 1000 words daily. Monday to Friday
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional English Skills
- Plagirism free Writing Experince
- Experience in writing case studies with SEO
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience in doing research using multiple sources
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) preferred but not essential
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good teamwork skills
- Thunmnail Creation Preferred
- Daily staff lunch
- Regular social events open to all
