IMC Certifications is seeking a dedicated Student Relationship Officer to manage student inquiries, foster strong connections with prospective students, and support the admissions process from initial contact through enrollment. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed students effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage student inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Assess students’ needs and recommend appropriate certification programs.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective students.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments, meeting admission targets.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions and leads using CRM software.
- Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Provide detailed program information, fee structures, and necessary documentation to students.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports on activities, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with students throughout their enrollment journey.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, admissions, student counseling, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage consistent follow-ups.
- Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Background in Education, EdTech, admissions, telesales, or other customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Key skills include student counseling, sales, lead generation, lead conversion, follow-up, CRM management, communication, relationship building, and target achievement.
