Student Services Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Student Services Coordinator to join our team in Islamabad, supporting a UK-focused online tutoring company. This on-site role involves managing the coordination between students and tutors to ensure smooth lesson delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling lessons, matching students with appropriate tutors, and handling various administrative tasks related to students, tutors, and clients. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to solve problems efficiently. The role operates during the evening shift, requiring 8 hours of work per day, six days a week. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Match students with suitable tutors based on their learning needs and preferences.
- Book and schedule lessons, ensuring timely communication with both students and tutors.
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules to optimize lesson delivery and tutor availability.
- Handle administrative duties related to students, tutors, and clients, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support and resolve any issues or concerns raised by students, tutors, or clients.
- Maintain clear and professional communication through telephone and email.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, tutors, and clients.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
- Comfortable handling telephone communications professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
