STUDENTS COUNSELOR ( Female )

This role involves providing comprehensive guidance to students interested in pursuing higher education abroad, specifically in destinations such as Europe, China, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries. The candidate will support students by offering detailed information about universities, courses, admission criteria, tuition fees, and scholarship opportunities. Additionally, the position requires assisting students throughout the admission and application processes to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study-abroad options, helping them understand various academic programs and institutions.
- Provide detailed information regarding admission requirements, tuition fees, and available scholarships.
- Guide students step-by-step through the application and admission procedures.
- Assist with preparation and verification of necessary documentation, including offer letters and student visa applications.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings at the office.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student applications and progress.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with both students and their parents, ensuring clear communication and trust.
- Deliver professional customer service by providing accurate and timely information.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel students and interact with parents.
- Familiarity with international education systems and admission processes, especially for Europe, China, Malaysia, and Kyrgyzstan.
- Ability to manage documentation and assist with visa application procedures.
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone and WhatsApp for follow-ups.
- Organizational skills to maintain detailed student records and track application statuses.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to handling inquiries and providing guidance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in educational counseling or a related field is advantageous.

- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs40,000.
