- Proficient consulting skills for needs assessment, solution-focused advising, and managing multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counselling, international relations, business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail in handling documentation.
- Proficiency in office productivity software and maintaining accurate digital records.
