Study Abroad Consultant

Visa Prime International is looking for a dedicated Female Study Abroad Consultant to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in student counselling and study visa processing, particularly for UK and Schengen/European destinations. This full-time position requires a professional individual who can guide students through university admissions and visa application processes, ensuring a seamless and successful study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert counselling to students interested in studying abroad, with a focus on UK and European countries. Assess students’ academic qualifications and financial situations to recommend appropriate universities and programs. Manage the preparation and submission of admission applications along with all necessary documentation. Handle study visa applications for the UK and Schengen/European regions, ensuring full compliance with visa requirements. Prepare students for visa interviews and offer continuous support throughout the application process. Maintain consistent communication with universities and students to monitor application progress. Keep detailed records of student applications and update statuses regularly. Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed applications, achieving set admission and visa targets. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with students and their families.

Required Qualifications
Female candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification are preferred. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in student counselling and study visa processing is essential. Practical knowledge and experience with UK study visas are required, along with familiarity in handling Schengen/European visa applications. A strong understanding of university admission procedures and visa regulations is necessary. Excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to evaluate student profiles accurately, are important. Proficiency in preparing documentation and managing application processes is expected. Candidates should present a professional appearance and possess a confident personality suitable for client-facing roles.
