Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Human Resources, with full-cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.

Job Description

  • Prepare HR Policies for the company
  • Arrange candidates for various vacant positions in the Company
  • Arrange interviews of candidates with Dept Heads and Management
  • Seek approval for the hiring of candidates
  • Arrange issuance of appointment letters from HR Department
  • Complete joining formalities and personal files of all newly hired staff
  • Process Performance Evaluation & Promotions of employees.
  • Arrange approval for Transfer / Posting and issue Transfer Orders
  • Arrange leave approvals and update leave portal
  • Maintain complete record /MIS of all assignments.
  • Performing any other task assigned by Management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
