Style Textile is seeking a Shift Engineer – Water Management to join its facility in Manga, Lahore. This role is ideal for Chemical Engineering graduates with 2 to 4 years of experience in water treatment, utilities, or related industrial sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring water treatment systems, maintaining equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor reverse osmosis (RO) plants, water softeners, and wastewater treatment facilities to ensure efficient water treatment operations.
- Conduct regular water quality testing and adjust processes to meet required standards.
- Maintain detailed shift logs, record system performance data, and report any incidents or unusual operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor chemical dosing levels, system parameters, and equipment performance to optimize operations.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and follow relevant industrial procedures.
- Identify opportunities to reduce water losses, energy consumption, and chemical usage while improving system efficiency.
- Support audits and inspections related to water treatment and management systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in water treatment, utilities, or a related industrial field.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment, including wastewater management and environmental compliance.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and operational procedures.
- Ability to monitor system parameters and troubleshoot operational challenges effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts.
- Good communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.
- Ability to respond promptly to operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
