We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Executive having 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management.
- Answering calls of customers
- Replying to customer emails
- Replying customers on live chat
- Forwarding customer query to the concerned department
- Contacting customers after the query is resolved
He/she must have the following skills:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must have American English accent
- Must have the ability to take up multiple customers queries at a time
- Must have the ability to manage team
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of experience and campaigns they have worked in.
