Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Executive having 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering calls of customers
  2. Replying to customer emails
  3. Replying customers on live chat
  4. Forwarding customer query to the concerned department
  5. Contacting customers after the query is resolved

He/she must have the following skills:

  1. Excellent English communication skills
  2. Must have American English accent
  3. Must have the ability to take up multiple customers queries at a time
  4. Must have the ability to manage team

 

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of experience and campaigns they have worked in.
