About the Company
Suave Stitch is an e-commerce company that manufactures men’s dress shirts in Karachi and sells them in New York City. A major chunk of operations is based in Karachi, including materials sourcing, manufacturing and quality testing.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage weekly operations
- Prepare/overlook order packages based on individual customer orders
- Commuting between various vendors for order fulfilment
- Regularly update order sheets and reports on MS Excel
- Perform detailed quality checks on final shirts based on Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage vendor relations, including sourcing new materials and services
- Negotiate competitive prices with vendors
- Facilitate with any other operational work
Necessary Skills
Must have bike and valid driver’s license
Good MS Excel, MS Word and Google Drive skills to manage reporting files
Good communication skills to coordinate operations with multiple vendors, search new vendors and conduct market research
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of order details
Should work responsibly to ensure operational deadlines are always met
Experience in Pakistan’s apparel sector and knowledge of the market is not required but a strong advantage
Other Details:
Work hours- 10am-7pm
Total salary package- 35000 + Expenses
Education - Graduate
Experience- At least 2 years
Annual leave days- Need based till July 2019
Annual sick days- Need Based till July 2019
