We are seeking a dedicated and skilled educator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering instructional activities aligned with the approved curriculum, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. This role requires a commitment to maintaining current subject knowledge and fostering student development through effective teaching strategies and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate student learning based on the approved curriculum.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area to ensure relevant and accurate instruction.
- Develop detailed schemes of work and lesson plans tailored to meet curriculum standards.
- Select or set challenging learning outcomes appropriate for students with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Clearly communicate learning objectives to students to guide their progress.
- Organize the classroom and instructional resources to create a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Identify and implement diverse teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning needs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student progress and development.
- Communicate student progress effectively to parents through discussions and reports.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to work in person at the designated work location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Possession of a Braille Proficiency certificate is preferred, enhancing the ability to support students with visual impairments.
- The position offers a monthly salary of Rs37,500.00.
