Leading Amusement park operator is in desire to hire a financial accountant to full full the following job role:
Oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers etc.
Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for program and for the organization using QuickBooks financial.
Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, develop financial reports, and make recommendations to the Management on budget expenditures.
Monitor the expenditures to ensure that program funds are utilized appropriately by the close of the fiscal year
Provide financial inputs for logistics, travel and other areas of administration.
Preparation of statutory accounts
Working with Journals, Sales and Purchase ledgers and spread sheets
Deal with Bank deposit and keep record
Management of Petty Cash transections
Preparation of Financial reports
Reconciliation of Financial accounts
Controlling credits and chasing debtors
Answering the inquiries & other tasks may be assigned as required by the nature of the job.
