A leading education advisory company in Pakistan representing more than 100 prestigious universities from across the globe is looking for Manager Operations for its branch offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
We are looking for industry professionals with relevant work experience of at least 3-5 years in the education advisory service industry.
This is a key position within our organizational hierarchy and the key for us to expand and diversify our operations.
The selected candidate will be reposnible for the following:
- Managing the branch office as an entrepreneurial manager.
- Managing a team of all branch employees.
- Daily operartions and smooth functioning of the branch.
- Driving quarterly targets through the team.
- Ensuring training and development of the immediate team.
- Work in coordination with Director Counseling and Country Manager.
- Contribute in marketing strategy.
